You pick the pieces. Books only. Books plus job costing. Payroll plus insurance collections. Everything. Each service has its own flat monthly price and you can add or drop pieces month to month.

Do you do taxes?
No. We run the back office. We hand your CPA a clean file. If you need a CPA who works with contractors, we can point you to one.
What does it cost?

What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online for the books. Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll for payroll. We work inside AccuLynx, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro so your job board and your books match.
How fast do I get my numbers?
Books close by the 15th of the next month. You get a P&L, balance sheet, job report if you have job costing, and a short note on what changed and why.
